Please note that the properties are only directly accessible by 4 Wheel Drive vehicles, or on foot from the cliff top car park. Vehicle access is through locked gates and down the side of the cliff. Please take care on the cliff track.
Scottish land access is open and we get occasional walkers.†

Vehicles, passengers and luggage travel at tenants' own risk ! (You should check off-road insurance cover.)

A delivery / collection service for luggage may be arranged with the key holder. Morroch Bay contains two exclusive beach cottages with a spring water supply. They are seriously remote, and whilst approximately 2 miles from Portpatrick no other houses, shops or pubs are easily reached on foot. The properties are converted and extended croft houses, simply but comfortably furnished. Please do not expect deep pile carpets and modern fitted furniture. Morroch Cottage sleeps 8 + baby, the newly converted Southern Croft sleeps 4 and does not accept pets.

The beach is protected by Scottish Natural Heritage and we would ask you to respect the cottages and the environment. Bookings are accepted on the understanding that tenants will be liable for any damage caused.
